Nice size for a one bedroom. I will never understand why sellers or their agents will not even do the bare minimum of touch up when placing a property for sale - and then present it with a fake big smile and say how great it is. The tatty paint around the front door frame would have been such an easy and small piece of pre-sale maintenance that lets me know this was an unloved unit. The old bed with the rumpled cover sheet is depressing - it would have been better to drag that bed into another room when filming the bedroom. Especially since the rest of the unit is empty. It will sell at a discounted price, so a sale is a sale. Edit: I replayed the vid and noticed the faded or partially removed gang graffiti to the right of the steps leading to the landing for units 105 to 108 - that should have been sand blasted removed, so I'm not sure about this neighborhood.

I had the privilege of working there! Absolutely about hospitality! from day one they told me this is all about being in the happiest mood for our guests! They told they are not customers they are family! At the beginning it was a bit difficult to learn the basics because nobody has time to explain things because the restaurant is always super busy! (you cannot be a newby there I had experience) but after few weeks I was on the same ride! Management (Pomps, Chino, Juan, Canelo) took care of me all the time, always making sure I had some food before my shift and in the middle of the shift and at the end of my shift! We always had our last dinner of the shift together, relaxing with a beer, stretching and smoking a cig in the patio! just like family. Pay was excellent plus tips payed in cash every night! Never a problem with money! One time I made a mistake with my check, manager Pomps lend me 1,000 dollars so I could pay rent! I came back to Mexico City, now I have office job monday friday 9-5, but if I had to go back to work in a restaurant it will be El Mirasol !!!! Cheers!!!! Reply
